All agreements, payments, and legal matters are strictly between the landlord and the business owner.

3. Information on Listings

Property details are provided by landlords. While we ask for accurate information, we cannot guarantee that listings are free from errors or omissions. Users should carry out their own checks and due diligence before entering into any agreement.

4. Responsibilities of Users

Landlords: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to let the property and that the information you provide is accurate and lawful.
Business Owners: You are responsible for confirming that a property meets your needs and for negotiating all terms directly with the landlord.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Disputes between landlords and business owners
Financial losses, damages, or legal issues arising from use of the platform
The condition, legality, or suitability of any property

By using this site, you agree that Find a Pop Up cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise between users.

6. Proper Use of the Platform

You agree not to misuse the site by posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information. We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend access if these terms are breached.
